Several cases have been reported in North American and European as well as Asia. Iran with targeted care, breeding centers have kidney disease and deaths will be investigated and care to prevent its spread. This virus is of the herpes family. Disease in Koi fish and common carp has been detected, but it seems that other species of Cyprinidae including goldfish could be uncommon. It is believed that this virus affects other fish can stay alive. New research on grass carp, golden carp and common Karas is ongoing. Since viruses can hide and survive for as long time so the fish are exposed to potential carriers of the virus and improved patient should be taken into account.
