Nanotechnology is an emerging technology that by raising its contribution to the economy and life, have risks to the environment and human as any other technology. It can be expected that a very small size nanoparticles have an important role in the toxicity of this materials, especially if the size of the particles be smaller than nm 100 nm will be compared with other biological components of the human body such as red blood cells with 700 nm size. Nanoparticles are able to make cell membranes and enter cells are left behind. Zebra fish with the scientific name Danio rerio is belonged to Cyprinidea family. In recent years, the zebra fish as a model for rapid analysis of gene function and biological activity of organic molecules have been proposed. Due to the similarity of the genetic, physiological and pharmacological with humans, it seems very appropriate to identify natural substances with therapeutic potential. Zebra fish embryo has been used as a model for nano toxicity and biological experimental due to its rapid growth. It can be used to estimate fish toxicology of nano metal particles and metal oxide as a predictive model.
