fa خیارهای دریایی ناحیه بین جزر و مدی جزیره هنگام (خلیج فارس) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">خیارهای دریایی به دلیل خاصیت زیبایی شناسی و جذابیت های رفتاری و رنگ آمیزی های ریختی،  جهت زیباسازی محیط آکواریوم و همچنین حوضچه­های زینتی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. از طرفی به دلیل کمبود دانش تنوع گونه ای و پراکنش زیستگاهی آنها در ایران، تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی گونه­ای خیارهای دریایی در ناحیه بین جزر و مدی جزیره هنگام صورت گرفت. نمونه­برداری­ میدانی طی دو نیم سال (92-1391) و به صورت پیمایشی از ۸ ایستگاه در محدوده ناحیه بین جزر و مدی انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها جمع‌آوری پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه، شناسایی از روش استخراج اسپیکول و بر اساس کلیدهای شناسایی معتبر انجام شد. مجموعاً 5 گونه خیار دریایی شامل<em>:</em> <em><span dir="LTR">arnicola</span></em> <em><span dir="LTR">Holothuria</span></em><em>، </em><em><span dir="LTR">H.leucospilota</span></em><em>، </em><em><span dir="LTR">H.impatians</span></em><em>، </em><em><span dir="LTR">H. parva</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">H.</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>bacilli</em></span>  شناسایی گردید. گونه <em><span dir="LTR">H.leucospilota</span></em> به عنوان گونه غالب با پراکنش زیاد در منطقه معرفی شد.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">In Iran, sea cucumbers are not well known. Sea cucumbers are important due to the rotation of key nutrients and high medicinal values. With this respect and the lack of scientific knowledge about them, this research was done to identify dominant species of sea cucumbers with aim in the intertidal habitats of the Hengam Island, located in the Hormoz Strait (Persian Gulf). The field sampling and survey have been done during the two semesters and carried out along the coastline based on geomorphology and habitat characteristics of 8 selected sampling stations in inter-tidal zone. Samples were collected during one year (from 2011 to 2013) and transferred to laboratory and identification was done by spicules extraction and using some valid identification keys. Species of sea cucumbers were identified were:  <em>Holothuria</em> <em>impatiens</em>, <em>Holothuria</em> <em>leucospilota</em>, <em>Holothuria</em> <em>arnicola</em>, <em>Holothuria</em> <em>parva</em> and <em>Holothuria</em> <em>bacilli</em>. <em>Holothuria</em> <em>leucospilota </em>as the most dominant species distribution and abundance have been introduced.</p> خیار دریایی, ناحیه بین جزر و مدی, جزیره هنگام, خلیج فارس.
