fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ مطالعه جمعیت فیتوپلانکتون‌های شاخه Bacillariophyta مشاهده شده در ایستگاه‌های مختلف سرشاخه‌های قشلاق، گاوه رود و سیروان Study of the phytoplankton population of Bacillariophyta group observed at different stations of the headwaters of the Gheshlagh and Gaveh and Sirvan rivers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در هر اکوسیستم آبی، مطالعه فیتوپلانکتون‌های آن اکوسیستم اهمیت خاصی دارد و با چنین مطالعه‌ای می‌توان راهکارهای مناسبی برای تولید و بهره‌برداری پایدار و از همه مهم‌تر اشتغال‌زایی در منطقه را ارائه نمود و با همکاری صیادان از طریق تشکیل تعاونی‌های صیادی می‌توان اقدام به بهره‌برداری از این منابع نمود که این امر به ایجاد اشتغال در منطقه کمک شایانی می‌نماید. این تحقیق در 6 ایستگاه سرشاخه‌های قشلاق، گاوه رود و شاخه سیروان انجام شد که شامل ایستگاه 1 (بالادست قشلاق در زیر پل)، ایستگاه 2 (شاخه قشلاق قبل از تصفیه خانه)، ایستگاه 3 (شاخه قشلاق بعد از تصفیه خانه)، ایستگاه 4 (شاخه قشلاق)، ایستگاه 5 (شاخه گاوه رود) و ایستگاه 6 (شاخه سیروان) است. بر اساس این مطالعه، در فروردین ماه تعداد 44 گونه از شاخه Bacillariophyta با تراکم (85%) ، اردیبهشت 46گونه و تراکم (80%)، خرداد 32 گونه و تراکم (80%)، تیر15گونه و تراکم (60%)، مرداد 17گونه و تراکم (60%)،  شهریور 30 گونه و تراکم (60%)،  مهر 17گونه و تراکم (40%)،  آبان 20 گونه و تراکم ( 80% )،  آذر 18 گونه و تراکم ( 42% )، دی23 گونه و تراکم ( 41% )، بهمن 28 گونه و تراکم (64%)  و اسفند 31 گونه و تراکم ( 43%) مشاهده شد. در مطالعه حاضر، شاخص Shannon- Wiener در دامنه 33/3-25/2 به‌دست آمد و منطقه مورد مطالعه در ماه‌های مختلف، شرایط مختلفی از لحاظ بار آلودگی دارد و می‌توان بیان نمود که منطقه مورد مطالعه در ماه‌های فروردین، اردیبهشت، خرداد، شهریور، آبان، بهمن و اسفند حاوی آب تمیز بوده و در ماه‌های تیر، مرداد، مهر، آذر و دی ماه نیز آب آلوده بوده است. In any aquatic ecosystem, studying the phytoplankton of that ecosystem is of particular importance. With such a study, appropriate solutions can be presented for sustainable production and exploitation, and most importantly, job creation in the region. It is also possible to exploit these resources with the cooperation of fishermen through the formation of fishing cooperatives, which will significantly contribute to creating employment in the region. This research was conducted at 6 stations at the headwaters of the Qeshlaq, Gaveh Rood, and Sirvan branches, including Station 1 (upstream of Qeshlaq under the bridge), Station 2 (Qeshlaq branch before the treatment plant), Station 3 (Qeshlaq branch after the treatment plant), Station 4 (Qeshlaq branch), Station 5 (Gaveh Rood branch), and Station 6 (Sirvan branch). According to this study, in April, 44 species of Bacillariophyta were observed with a density of (85%), in May, 46 species and a density of (80%), in June, 32 species and a density of (80%), in July, 15 species and a density of (60%), in August, 17 species and a density of (60%), in September, 30 species and a density of (60%), in October, 17 species and a density of (40%), in November, 20 species and a density of (80%), in December, 18 species and a density of (42%), in January, 23 species and a density of (41%), in February, 28 species and a density of (64%), and in March, 31 species and a density of (43%) from this phylum. In this study, the Shannon-Wiener index was obtained in the range of 2.25 to 3.33, and the studied area has different conditions in terms of pollution load in different months.
