fa مقاله مروری:‌ نقش آبزی‌پروری قراردادی در صنعت ماهیان زینتی کشور تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">در سالیان اخیر صنعت آبزی‌پروری کشور به‌ویژه در زیر بخش‌ آبزیان زینتی رشد فزاینده‌ای داشته است و با تولید محصول سالم درایجاد اشتغال، تامین امنیت غذایی</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">و ایجاد نشاط، شادی و ارزآوری جایگاه ویژه ای دارد. همانند سایر بخش‌های کشاورزی، سطح پایین هماهنگی بین بخش‌های</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">مختلف زنجیره عرضه یکی از مشکلات اصلی کسب و کارهای خرد در بخش پرورش ماهیان زینتی ایران است. ارتباط و هماهنگی ضعیف بین تامین‌کنندگان نهاده‌ها،</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">تولیدکنندگان، صنعت فرآوری، صنعت انبارداری، صنعت حمل و نقل، شبکه‌های خرده فروشی، عمده فروشی و</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">مصرف‌کنندگان منجر به شکاف بالای بین قیمت تولیدکننده و مصرف کننده</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">آبزیان زینتی شده است. بنابراین، لازم است با استفاده از سازوکاری مناسب ارتباط بخش‌های مختلف</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">زنجیره تولید به‌ویژه ارتباط بین تولیدکنندگان و صنایع وابسته را تقویت نمود. توسعه و تکمیل زنجیره‌های</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">ارزش محصولات آبزی پروری مبتنی بر آبزی‌پروری قراردادی می‌تواند بسیاری از این نارسایی‌ها را رفع و مشکلات</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">کسب و کارهای خرد در بخش آبزی‌پروری را برطرف نماید. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، کمک به متقاضیان اجرای آبزی‌پروری قراردادی در زیر بخش‌ ماهیان زینتی، سیاست‌گذاری و تنظیم روابط بین دستگاه‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف دولتی با بخش خصوصی برای حمایت از اجرای صحیح این الگوست.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In recent years, the country&#39;s aquaculture industry has been growing, especially in the ornamental fish sub-sector, with the production of healthy products. It has a special place in creating employment, providing food security and creating vitality, happiness and currency. Like other agricultural sectors, the low level of coordination between different parts of the supply chain is one of the main problems of small businesses in Iran&#39;s aquaculture sector. Poor communication and coordination between input suppliers, producers, processing industry, warehousing industry, transportation industry, retail networks, wholesale and consumers has led to a high gap between producer and consumer price of aquaculture products.</span><b> </b><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the communication of different parts of the production chain, especially the communication between producers and related industries, by using a suitable mechanism. The development and completion of value chains of aquaculture products based on contract aquaculture can solve many of these shortcomings and solve the problems of small businesses in the aquaculture sector.
