fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ مقایسه تنوع زیستی ماهیان رودخانه‌های کشکان و سیمره در شهرستان پلدختر با روش‌های Shannon-Viener، Hill، Pielou و Margalof تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">ایران در منطقه‌ای واقع گردیده است که از نظر جغرافیای جانوری بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده، ولی اطلاعات کمی در مورد فون ماهیان آن که بسیار جالب توجه و متنوع هستند.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">در پژوهش حاضر، </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">جهت بررسی تنوع زیستی از روش‌ها و شاخص‌های مختلفی استفاده می‌شود.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">تنوع زیستی با شاخص‌های </span></span>Shannon-Viener<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span>Hill<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span>Pielou<span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span>Margalof <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;برای </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">رودخانه‌های کشکان و سیمره در شهرستان پلدختر در استان لرستان محاسبه گردید.جهت انجام این پژوهش، تعداد هفت ایستگاه نیز برای آنها درنظر گرفته شد که در آنها تعداد 389 قطعه ماهی متعلق به 15 گونه از خانواده‌های کپورماهیان، سگ‌ماهیان جویباری، گربه‌ماهیان و مارماهیان، صید و شناسایی گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">مقادیر تنوع زیستی به‌دست آمده برای شاخص‌های </span></span>Shannon-Viener<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span>Hill<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span>Pielou<span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span>Margalof <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;به‌ترتیب در بازه پایین‌دست تلاقی در نمونه‌برداری اول 38/2، 64/10، 99/0،7/2، در نمونه‌برداری دوم 28/2 و 63/9، 95/0 ،86/2 و در نمونه برداری سوم 4/2 و 85/10 ،94/0،82/3 &nbsp;به‌دست آمد و در بازه رودخانه کشکان به‌ترتیب در نمونه برداری اول 55/1 ، 7/4 ، 79/0،99/1، در نمونه‌برداری دوم 2/1، &nbsp;3/3، 62/0 ،5/2 &nbsp;و در نمونه‌برداری سوم 44/1 و 18/4 &nbsp;و 81/0، 39/40 به‌دست آمد و در بازه رودخانه سیمره به‌ترتیب در نمونه‌برداری اول 08/2، 7، 85/0، 75/2، در نمونه‌برداری دوم 92/1، 8/6، 92/0، 5/2 و در نمونه‌برداری سوم 02/، 5/7، 88/0، 6/3 به‌دست آمد که نتایج بیشترین تنوع زیستی را در بازه پایین‌دست تلاقی دو رودخانه کشکان و سیمره نشان می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Iran is located in a region that is very important in terms of animal geography, but there is little information about its fish fauna, which is very interesting and diverse. In the present research, biodiversity was calculated with Shannon-Wiener, Hill, Pilou and Margalf indices for Kashkan and Seymareh rivers in Poldakhtar city in Lorestan province. Sampling was taken in seven stations and 389 pieces of fish belonging to 15 species of carp, dogfish, catfish and snake fish families were caught and identified.
