fa مقاله مروری:‌ بررسی عفونت‌‌های ناشی از بتانوداویروس در ماهیان و لزوم کنترل آنها Investigation of betanovirus infections in fish and the need to control them: a review تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research بتانوداویروس یا نکروز عصبی ویروسی (NNV)، یک عفونت بسیار خطرناک و حاد در گونه‌‌های مختلف ماهی به‌‌ویژه ماهیان با ارزش اقتصادی می‌‌باشد. عامل ایجاد‌‌کننده این بیماری از خانواده Nodaviridae است. بر طبق مطالعات انجام‌‌‌‌شده، تاکنون ابتلاء بیش از 40 گونه ماهی به بیماری نکروز عصبی ویروسی گزارش شده است که از این تعداد، گونه‌‌ها دریایی بیشترین میزان ابتلاء را به‌خود اختصاص دادند. بر طبق نظر آبزی‌‌پروران و کارشناسان شیلاتی، بیماری ناشی از عفونت بتانوداویروس بیشتر لاروها یا بچه‌‌‌ماهیان جوان را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌‌دهد، اما شیوع این بیماری در افراد بالغ نیز ثبت شده است. از علائم ابتلاء به ویروس نکروز عصبی می‌‌توان به کم‌‌اشتهایی، اگزوفتالمی، تورم کیسه شنا، شنای مارپیچی و خون‌‌ریزی زیرجلدی اشاره کرد. با این‌حال، بسیاری از محققین بیان داشتند که سیستم عصبی مرکزی هدف اصلی بتانوداویروس است و علائم اصلی این عفونت ویروسی اغلب در واکوئلاسیون مغز، چشم و نخاع مشاهده می‌‌شود. نکروز عصبی ویروسی اغلب از طریق انتقال افقی گسترش می‌‌یابد، اما انتقال عمودی آن نیز امکان‌‌پذیر است. تاکنون به‌‌ منظور کنترل بیماری نکروز عصبی ویروسی (NNV)، زیست‌‌شناسان و دامپزشکان تلاش بسیاری را در سراسر جهان انجام داده‌اند. مجموع این تحقیقات نشان داده است که انجام اقدامات بهداشتی و مدیریتی به ‌‌همراه واکسیناسیون ماهیان، شیوه مفیدی برای کنترل بیماری نکروز عصبی ویروسی است. با توجه به یافته‌‌های این مطالعه، استفاده واکسن‌‌های جدید با پتانسیل‌‌های ویژه همراه با افزایش قدرت سیستم ایمنی بدن ماهیان با استفاده از ترکیبات زیست‌‌فعال از جمله گیاهان دارویی، راه‌‌های قابل قبولی برای کنترل بیماری بتانوداویروس در صنعت آبزی‌‌پروری ایران است. Betanodavirus is a very dangerous and acute infection in various species of fish, especially fish with economic value. The causative agent of this disease is from the Nodaviridae family. According to the conducted studies, more than 40 species of fish have been reported to be infected with viral neuronecrosis. Aquaculturists and fisheries experts believe that the disease caused by Betanovirus infection affects mostly marine fish, and in addition, it affects mostly larvae or young fish. Symptoms of betanodavirus include exophthalmia, anorexia, swelling of the swim bladder and whirling swimming of fish. However, many researchers stated that the central nervous system of fish is severely affected by beta-novirus infection, and the key symptoms of this viral infection are vacuolation of the spinal cord and brain. Viral neuronecrosis often spreads through horizontal transmission, but vertical transmission is also possible. So far, many efforts have been made by biologists and veterinarians around the world in order to control betanodavirus diseases. This research has shown that the implementation of health measures along with vaccination is a useful way to control betanodavirus disease in aquaculture industry.
