fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ اثرات تغذیه‌ای کرم سفید (Enchytaerus albidus) بر بیوسنجه‌های رشد ماهی گلدفیش رنچو (Carassius auratus) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات کرم سفید (</span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Enchytaerus albidus</span></i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">) بر عملکرد رشد بچه ماهیان گلدفیش رنچو (</span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Carassius auratus</span></i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">) به مدت 8 هفته انجام شد. به این جهت اثرات تغذیه‌ای جیره ترکیبی </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">A</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:"> (30 درصد کرم سفید و 70 درصد غذای خشک) وجیره شاهد </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">&nbsp;B</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">(100 درصد غذای خشک) بر بچه ماهیان گلدفیش رنچو با متوسط وزنی 21/2</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">150 میلی گرم در 2 تیمار و 3 تکرار تعیین گردید. در پایان دوره تغذیه میزان افزایش وزن بدن (درصد)، رشد روزانه (درصد)، مقدار رشد روزانه (میلی‌گرم)، ضریب ‌‌تبدیل‌‌ غذایی، کارایی ‌‌پروتئینی (گرم) و نرخ‌‌ رشد ویژه (درصد) در دو گروه مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی ضرایب رشد در بچه ماهیانی که ازغذای ترکیبی استفاده کرده بودند، نسبت به شاهد برتر بود </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">)</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">05/0</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"> .(P&le;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از کرم سفید در جیره ماهی زینتی گلدفیش رنچو باعث بهبود رشد و افزایش وزن بدن می‌گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span style="tab-stops:right 9.95pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present research conducted within 8 weeks, aimed at examining the impacts of white worm (<i>Enchytaerus albidus</i>) on the growth function of Goldfish fry (<i>Carassius auratus</i>). Therefore, the effects of mixed experimental diet A (30% white worm/ 70% dry feed) and the control diet B (100% dry feed) on Goldfish fries (150&plusmn;2.21mg) were determined in two treatments and three replicates. At the end of feeding phase, weight gain percentage (%), daily growth (%), daily weight gain (mg), FCR, protein efficiency (g) and SGR (%) were calculated in both groups. The results revealed that all growth related indices in the fries fed with mixed diets stood higher than those of in the control</span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.(P&le;0.05).
