fa مقاله علمی – ترویجی:‌ ریختشناسی، زیستشناسی، تکثیر و پرورش ماهی آذرخش (Polypterus) A review on the morphology, biology, reproduction and breeding of Polypterus fish تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report ماهیان زینتی، یکی از صنایع مهم از بخش‌های مهم صنعت آبزی‌پروری است که در مقایسه با سایر آبزیان از اعتبار تجارت‌های بین‌المللی برخوردار است. تکثیر و پرورش ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن زیﻨﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ داﺧﻠﯽ، ﺳﻮدآوری ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎیﻪ‌گذاری پایین، ﺳﺎدﮔﯽ  ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ﻓﻦ‌آوری تولید و اﻣﮑﺎن اﺷﺎﻋﻪ ﻧﻮآوری و ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﺮای اﺷﺘﻐﺎل‌زایﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ  ﻫﻤﻮاره ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ بوده است. ماهی Polypterus که در ایران به ماهی آذرخش معروف است، از جمله ماهیان ما قبل تاریخ است که سابقه زیست آن به بیش از دویست میلیون سال قبل بازمی‌گردد. این ماهی علاوه بر تنفس آبی دارای تنفس هوایی بوده و در برابر بسیاری از بیماری‌ها و شرایط نامناسب محیطی مقاوم است. خواستگاه این ماهی آفریقا و حوضه‌های آبریز رودخانه نیل سنگال، نیجر و سایر کشورها است. وزن این ماهی تا حدود دویست گرم گزارش شده است. این ماهیان در طبیعت از حشرات، ماهی‌های ریز، سخت‌پوستان، لارو قورباغه‌ها و برخی از نرم‌تنان استفاده می‌‌کنند درحالی‌که برخی از گونه‌های Polypterus حشره‌خوار هستند و طول عمر آنها به 34 سال می‌رسد. اگر چه تکثیر ماهی Polypterus در اکواریوم بسیار دشوار بوده، ولی با استفاده از تکنیک‌هایی قابل انجام است. بهترین سن برای تکثیر این ماهی بالای 7 سال و طول 30 سانتی‌متر است، در غیر این صورت این ماهیان تخم‌ریزی نخواهند کرد. برای تحریک به تخم‌ریزی این ماهیان ضروری است مکان آکواریوم کاملاً بزرگ بوده و از مخفیگاه‌هایی پوشیده شده باشد. Breeding of ornamental fish has been successful in terms of using internal resources, high profitability, low investment, relative simplicity of production technology, and the possibility of spreading innovation and participation of young people for direct and indirect employment generation. Polypterus fish which is known as Azarakhsh fish in Iran, is one of our prehistoric fish whose history goes back to more than 200 million years ago. In addition to water breathing, this fish has air breathing and is resistant to many diseases and unfavorable environmental conditions. The birthplace of this fish is Africa and the catchment areas of the Nile River, Senegal, Niger, and other countries. The weight of this fish is reported to be about two hundred grams. In nature, these fish use insects, small fish, crustaceans, frog larvae and some molluscs, although some polypterous species are insectivorous and their lifespan reaches 34 years. Although it is very difficult to reproduce polypterus fish inside the aquarium, it can be done using techniques. The best age for polypterus fish reproduction is over 7 years and 30 cm long, otherwise these fish will not spawn.
