fa مقاله علمی- مروری:‌ اخلاق تحقیقاتی برای مطالعات درد و استرس در ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" compset="" style="font-family:">ماهی زبرا یکی از آبزیانی است که به صورت فزآینده‌ای در مطالعات نوروفیزیولوژی درد و نیز تحقیقات دارویی و سم‌شناسی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. همچنان که اقبال از ماهی زبرا در مطالعات زیست پزشکی در حال رشد است، جنبه‌های حقوقی کاربردهای آن با این میزان از پیشرفت به صورت همزمان رشد نکرده و از قافله عقب مانده است. بنابراین، نیاز به ارزیابی جنبه‌های حقوقی کاربردهای آن در تحقیقات دارویی و علوم اعصاب وجود دارد. در این مطالعه هدف بررسی مسائل اخلاقی کار با ماهی‌های زبرا در آزمایش‌هایی نظیر ارزیابی درد و تاثیر داروهای مختلف در کنترل درد و نیز مطالعات مربوط به استرس است. لذا، در این بررسی به معرفی روش‌هایی که در تحقیقات علمی جهت کاهش درد و استرس ناشی از آزمایش‌های علمی در ماهی زبرا مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند اعم از تکنیک‌های بی‌هوشی و مرگ با ترحم، خواهیم پرداخت. </span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Zebrafish are one of the creatures that have been increasingly considered in neurophysiological studies of pain as well as pharmacological and toxicological research. As the popularity of zebrafish grows in biomedical studies, the legal aspects of its applications have not grown at the same time and lagged behind. It seems that the evaluation of the legal aspects of Zebrafish applications in pharmaceutical and neuroscience research is important.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of this study was to investigate the ethical aspects of working with zebrafish in experiments such as the neurophysiology of pain and the effect of various drugs, and stress-related studies.
