fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ تبارزایی مولکولی خانواده شینگ ماهیان (Actinopteri: Acanthuriformes: Ephippidae) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research خانواده <span dir="LTR">Ephippidae</span> از 8 جنس و 15 گونه تشکیل شده است که جنس <em><span dir="LTR">Platax</span></em> با پنج گونه دارای بیشترین تنوع است و در منطقه هند-آرام گسترش دارد. روابط تبارشناختی بین گونه ها و جنس های این خانواده هنوز روشن نشده است. 48 توالی مربوط به 8 گونه از چهار جنس خفاش ماهی از طریق بانک ژنی در دسترس هستند که برای رسم درخت تبارزایی مولکولی خانواده <span dir="LTR">Ephippidae</span> در مطالعه حاضر استفاده شده&shy;اند. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر و بررسی های استخوان شناسی، <em><span dir="LTR">Chaetodipterus</span></em> در دورترین فاصله نسبت به جنس های دیگر این خانواده قرار گرفت.&nbsp; سه جنس دیگر مطالعه شده <em><span dir="LTR">Ephippus</span></em>، &nbsp;<em><span dir="LTR">Platax</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">Tripterodon</span></em> در کنار یکدیگر تشکیل یک کلاد حمایت شده می دهند.. جنس &nbsp;<em><span dir="LTR">Platax</span></em>با توجه به موقعیت فیلوژنتیکی جنس های <em><span dir="LTR">Tripterodon</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">Ephippus</span></em> در بین گونه های <em><span dir="LTR">Platax</span></em> احتمالا یک جنس پارافیلتیک می باشد. سه گونه <em><span dir="LTR">P. orbicularis</span></em>، <em><span dir="LTR">P. teira</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">P. boersii</span></em> در یک خوشه و دو گونه دیگر خانواده <em><span dir="LTR">P. batavianus</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">P. pinnatus</span></em> در خوشه دیگری قرار گرفتند. تبارزایی مولکولی گونه های جنس <em><span dir="LTR">Platax</span></em> تاحدی منطبق بر ویژگی های دندانی و استخوان بندی باله ای اعضای این جنس می باشد. The family Ephippidae consists of eight genera and 15 species. The genus <em>Platax</em> with five species distributed throughout Indo-Pacific, seemingly has more diversity than other genera of the family. Phylogenetic relationships among species and genera of the family, however, are not fully resolved. 48 sequences of eight species (four genera) of batfishes are available in the GenBank and have been used to construct the molecular phylogenetic tree of Ephippidae for the present study. Based on the present analysis, a species of <em>Chaetodipterus</em>, <em>C. faber</em> is located at the farthest distance from other studied genera of this family. This positioning, confirm the previous morphological study based on osteology. Three other examined genera <em>Ephippus</em>, <em>Platax</em> and <em>Tripterodon</em> are grouped together under a supported clade. The genus <em>Platax</em> is probably a paraphyletic taxon regarding to the positions of the genera <em>Tripterodon</em> and <em>Ephippus</em> in the phylogenetic tree. Three species of <em>Platax</em>, <em>P. orbicularis</em>, <em>P. teira</em> and <em>P. boersii</em> are clustered together while two other species, <em>P. batavianus </em>and<em> P. pinnatus</em> are in another cluster. Molecular phylogeny of <em>Platax</em> species are somewhat consistent with the dental characteristics and fin ossification of the members of this genus.
