fa بهره‌گیری از تکنیک‌های تولید غذای زنده در تکوین مراحل لاروی ماهیان تزئینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در تکوین صنعتی کشت و پرورش ماهیان زینتی، فقدان  غذای زنده مناسب به منظور تغذیه در مراحل مختلف تولید مشکلاتی را به وجود آورده است. در این مقاله به کاربرد روتیفر آب شیرین (<em><span dir="LTR">Brachionus calyciflorus</span></em>)، ناپلیوس آرتمیا، دکپسوله سیست آرتمیا و زی توده آن در ماهیان زینتی اشاره شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"> نتایج نشان داده است روتیفر ایده آل ترین غذای زنده در مراحل ابتدایی تغذیه ماهی گورامی (<em><span dir="LTR">Colisa lalia</span></em>) است که یکی از ماهیان زینتی معروف و کوچک می باشد وقابلیت استفاده از غذاهای بزرگی چون ناپلیوس آرتمیا و مویینا را ندارد. حتی در مقایسه با زرده تخم این ماهی، استفاده از روتیفرنتایج بهتری را در رشد و بازماندگی لارو گورامی( روزهای 12-2)  به دست داده است و اثرات مثبت آن تا زمانی که بتواند از آرتمیا استفاده کند (روزهای  32-13) ادامه دار بوده است.</p> <p dir="RTL">استفاده از سیست دکپسوله آرتمیا نیز نشان داد که می تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای ناپلیوس آرتمیا  یا حتی مویینا در تغذیه ماهیان زینتی باشد. بچه ماهیان زینتی گوپی (<em><span dir="LTR">Poecilia reticulata</span></em>)، مولی (<em><span dir="LTR">Poecilia</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>sphenops</em></span>)، پلاتی (<em><span dir="LTR">Xiphophorus</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>maculatus</em></span>)، دم شمشیری (<em><span dir="LTR">Xiphophorus</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>helleri</em></span>) و نئون تترا (<em><span dir="LTR">Hyphessobrycon</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>herbertaxelrodi</em></span>)  به راحتی می توانند از سیست دکپسوله آرتمیا  به جای ناپلیوس آرتمیا یا مویینا استفاده نمایند بدون آنکه دچار تنشی شوند یا رشد و بازماندگی آنها را دچار اختلال یا ضعف نماید. </p> <p dir="RTL">این ویژگی ها به اضافه تکنیک های غنی سازی به منظور بهبود و افزایش کیفیت آرتمیا و روتیفر و متعاقب آن ماهیان زینتی مصرف کننده از آنها به خصوص در مرحله لاروی را می توان به توسعه کاربردی غذای زنده در کشت و پرورش ماهیان  زینتی نسبت داد.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">The industrial development of ornamental fish culture has been hampered by the lack of suitable live feeds for feeding the fish at the various production stages. This paper reports the recent developments in the applications of the freshwater rotifers (<em>Brachionus calyciflorus</em>), Artemia nauplii, decapsulated Artemia cysts and on-grown Artemia in the ornamental fish culture.Results demonstrate that the rotifers are an ideal starter feed for dwarf gourami (<em>Colisa lalia</em>), a typical freshwater ornamental fish species with larvae that are too small to ingest Artemia nauplii or Moina at its first feeding. Compared with the conventional yolk food, the use o f rotifers as a starter feed significantly improves the growth and survival of the gourami larvae (Days 2 -12), and the beneficial effects are extended to the subsequent Artemia-feeding phase (Days 13 -32).</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">Work on decapsulated Artemia cysts indicates that the cysts could be used as a substitute for Artemia nauplii or Moina in freshwater ornamental fish culture. The fry of (guppy <em>Poecilia reticulata</em>, molly <em>Poecilia sphenops</em>, platy <em>Xiphophorus maculatus</em>, swordtail <em>Xiphophorus helleri</em> and neontetra <em>Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi</em>) could readily feed on the decapsulated cysts, and their performances in terms of stress resistance, growth and survival are comparable to or better than those fed on Artemia nauplii or Moina. This characteristic, coupled with the use of bioencapsulation technique to enhance the quality o f the on-grow n Artemia, would make the organism an ideal nursery diet for freshwater ornamental fish. All these results show  that the live feeds used in marine food fish hatchery could be applied to freshwater ornamental fish culture to improve their performance.</p> ماهیان زینتی, غذای زنده, روتیفر, آرتمیا, دکپسوله و زی توده.
