fa مقاله علمی-ترویجی: آینده پژوهی توسعه تجارت ماهیان زینتی ایران بر اساس ارزیابی مدل Environmental Scanning Model و تعیین برنامه ریزی استراتژی در بازاریابی بین‌المللی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">صنعت پرورش ماهیان زینتی که در گذشته در انحصار تعدادی معدودی کشور در جهان بوده، امروزه در 125 کشور جهان گسترش یافته و در کشور ما نیز با سرعت زیادی در حال توسعه است. هدف از نگارش این مقاله ارزیابی وضعیت کشور ایران در جهان و آینده پژوهی ماهیان زینتی با استفاده از مدل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Environmental Scanning</span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و روش رادار استراتژیک می‌باشد. همچنین جهت ارزیابی تجزیه و تحلیل فعالیت‌ها از </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کارت امتیازی متوازن</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده گردید. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در استراتژی کوتاه‌مدت بهبود وضعیت اتحادیه‌ها و سازمان‌های خصوصی در ماهیان زینتی ایران می‌تواند موجب تعادل و بهبود وضعیت تولید و صادرات گردد. در استراتژی میان‌مدت افزایش تکنولوژی و استفاده از تجهیزات و تأسیسات جدید و مراکز پژوهشی تخصصی ماهیان زینتی حائز اهمیت است. در برنامه بلندمدت رقابت با سایر کشورها در زمینه کاهش قیمت و بالا بردن کیفیت و افزایش توان بازار رسانی جهانی سهم بیشتری را در زمینه ماهیان زینتی دارد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج نشان می‌دهدکه </span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در سنجش و آنالیزی که از مدل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Environmental Scanning</span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> وکارت امتیازدهی متوازن نسل اول </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">BSC</span></span><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بدست آمده است، توانمندی کشور ما در زمینه تجارت ماهیان زینتی 28/34% ، کشور مالزی با سوابق طولانی </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">28/74% و کشور سنگاپور با تجارت و تکنولوژی بسیار گسترده 85/92% را نشان می‌دهد. این موضوع نشان می‌دهد که تجارت ماهیان زینتی یک فعالیت جوان می‌باشد که نیازمند تحولات گسترده است که باید در سالیان آینده در این خصوص توسعه یابد تا بتوان نسبت به سایرکشورهای پیشرو در زمینه تولید ماهیان زینتی جایگاه ویژه‌ای را در جهان بدست آورد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The ornamental fish farming industry, which in the past was monopolized by a few countries in the world, has now expanded to 125 countries and our country is developing rapidly. The purpose of writing this article is to evaluate the situation of Iran in the world and future research of ornamental fish using Environmental Scanning model and strategic radar method. A balanced scorecard developed by Kaplan and Norton was also used to evaluate activity analysis. In the short-term strategy of improving the situation of :union:s and private organizations in ornamental fish in Iran can improve the balance and improve the situation of production and exports. It is important in the medium-term strategy to increase technology and use new equipment and facilities and specialized research centers for ornamental fish. In the long-term plan, competition with other countries in the field of reducing prices and improving quality and increasing global marketing capacity has a greater share in the field of ornamental fish. The results show that in the measurement and analysis obtained from the Environmental Scanning model and the BSC first generation balanced scoring card, our countrychr(&#39;39&#39;)s ability to trade ornamental fish is 34.28%, Malaysia with a long history of 74.28% and Singapore with extensive trade and technology. Shows 92.85%.
