fa تعیین مراحل رسیدگی جنسی ماهی طلایی (Carassius auratus)و شاخص های رسیدگی آن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL">این تحقیق به منظور بررسی روند تولید مثل ماهی طلایی و نحوه رسیدگی جنسی تخمک ها در زمان &nbsp;رسیدگی مولدین ماده در مجتمع تکثیرو پرورش شهید دکتر یوسف</span> <span dir="RTL">پور به انجام&nbsp; رسید. به این منظور تعداد 250 قطعه مولد ماده با وزن متوسط 74/23 گرم در حوضچه نگهداری شدند. ماهیانه تعداد 50 مولد ماده از حوضچه بطور تصادفی انتخاب و پس از توزین و اندازه</span><span dir="RTL">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL"> گیری طول، وزن، وزن گناد و کبد مولدین ماده، میزان شاخص کبدی و گنادی مولدین تعیین گردید. در هر ماه از سه مولد نمونه بافت تخمدان تهیه &nbsp;گردید.از هر نمونه تخمدان از سه ناحیه جلو، وسط وعقب نمونه تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که در ماه</span> <span dir="RTL">های اولیه رسیدگی جنسی (آذر ماه) درصد فراوانی تخمک</span> <span dir="RTL">های مرحله یک و دو به نسبت تخمک</span> <span dir="RTL">های سه و چهار در ناحیه جلو بیشتر از ماه فروردین است</span>.<span dir="RTL"> در تمامی ماه ها در هر سه ناحیه جلو، وسط و عقب تخمک</span> <span dir="RTL">های مرحله سه و چهار مشاهده می</span><span dir="RTL">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL"> شد. فراوانی تخمک</span> <span dir="RTL">های مرحله چهار با افزایش مرحله رسیدگی جنسی (فروردین) در ناحیه جلو تخمدان بیشتر از دو ناحیه دیگر بود.</span> This research was conducted to investigate the production process of goldfish and &nbsp;sexual maturity of oocytes at the time handling of breed. In the mosquito breeding complex, Dr. Yusefpour was take. For this purpose, 250 nambber female mature with middhe weiths 23.74g . Monthly, 50 female breed from tank selected randomly and after weighingand measure the length, gonad and liver weith, liver and gonadotropic index were determined. Each month, three ovarian tissue samples were prepared and, after the dehydration and clarification stages, the coloring was crried out on samples. Of each sample ovary was prepared the three areas, front, center and behind. The resulths showed that in the early months of sexual (December), a percentage of oocytes stage One and Two in compared to the oocytes of Three and Four than (April). In all months in each Three area front, center and behind oocytes were seen in stages three and four.
