fa بررسی فونستیک Nemacheilidae در رودخانه‌های شرق استان تهران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;">بررسی فونستیک خانواده سگ‌ماهیان در رودخانه‌های شرق استان تهران از پاییز 1392تا تابستان 1393به اجرا درآمد. برای این منظور 12 ایستگاه نمونه‌برداری انتخاب شد. نمونه‌ها پس از صید توسط الکتروشوکر با فرمالین 10 درصد تثبیت شدند و جهت بررسی‌های زیست&shy;&shy;سنجی به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که دو گونه متعلق به خانواده لوچ ماهیان در رودخانه‌های شرق استان تهران زیست می‌کنند. گونه <em><a href="https://www.google.com/search?biw=1242&bih=545&q=Paracobitis+malapterus&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwirxv_0yvnRAhXJO5oKHSKdCoAQvwUIFigA"><span dir="LTR">P</span><span dir="LTR">aracobitis&nbsp;malapterus</span></a></em> با 71/85 درصد، بیش&shy;ترین فراوانی و گونه <em><span dir="LTR">Oxynoemacheilus bergianus</span></em> با 28/14 درصد، کم&shy;ترین فراوانی را در ایستگاه‌های انتخاب شده دارد. هم&shy;چنین نتایج آزمون <span dir="LTR">t </span>&nbsp;نشان داد که بین فراوانی گونه‌ها و ایستگاه‌های مختلف، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0<span dir="LTR">(</span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>. ضمناً بین فراوانی گونه‌ها و فصول مختلف، تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده شد (05/0<span dir="LTR">(</span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>. آنالیز ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین طول کل و ایستگاه‌های مختلف رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0<span dir="LTR">(</span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>.</p> <p>A faunistics survey of Nemacheilidae family was carried out in Tehran&rsquo;s east rivers between fall 2013 and summer 2014. For this reason, samples were collected in 12 stations and they were caught using an electro- shocker and immediately fixed in formalin and transferred to laboratory for biological experiments. The results showed two species belong to Nemacheilidae family live in Tehran&rsquo;s east Rivers. Also, <em><a href="https://www.google.com/search?biw=1242&bih=545&q=Paracobitis+malapterus&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwirxv_0yvnRAhXJO5oKHSKdCoAQvwUIFigA">Paracobitis&nbsp;malapterus</a></em> has the most frequency with 71.85% and <em>Oxynomacheilus</em> <em>bergianus</em> has the least frequency with 28.14% among the selected stations. Also statistical analysis using t test showed a significant difference between species abundance with different stations and different seasons, as well (p<0.05).
