Importance and methods for fish egg sorting along incubation period

Incubation is one of the important stages of aquaculture. Fertilized eggs are so sensitive to physico-chemical variation, movements, pollution and pathogens while cell dividing is in progress. Dead eggs which have white color should sort from alive eggs because dead eggs are a suit place for pathogens which can spread in incubator and among live eggs along a short time. Egg sorting is done with two methods: manual and automatic methods. In case of manual method, sorting is done with hand, forceps, pipe, and buoying in incubator or aquarium. In automated sorters eyed eggs which were passed sensitive period, poured to machine and will sort. Then eggs are sorting according their physiological properties.
