In this study heavy and poison metals Hg, Pb, As and Cd, which are required by the WHO and the FDA to be determined in sea food, were evaluated using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy technique, thus sampling and preparation, tissues of gill and muscle 60 samples of Scarus ghobbanin North of Persian Gulf in 2013. Results showed accumulation of heavy metals in gill higher than muscle and significant statistically different (p<0.05). The average and mean standard error of Pb, Ag, Cd and As in muscle and gill tissue were (238±100, 72.5±20, 170±50, 105±30 µg/kg dry weigh) and (373±108, 92.1±30, 196±80, 142±60µg/kg dry weigh), respectively. In two organ, pattern of bioaccumulation heavy metals were Pb> Cd> As> Hg. These values were compared with the different standard organizations for Scarus ghobbanin word. The concentration of Cd in the studied fish tissues proved to be much higher than Iran standard institute, Europe ::::union:::: and China standard, but for other metals lower than levels of organizations of standard.
