For achievement an efficient management in food processing centers all of the factors that they may effects the products should be considered. These factors are including planning, designing, site selection, instruction, requirements, production capacity, and cost and marketing management. For food marketing all of the marketing factors also should be studied. These factors can be included scientific, economic, consumer culture and society. Like other foods, establish a fishery processing center is required to considered many factors from production to market. Comparing to the other food processing the fishery processing is more sensitive. This sensitive is because the fish compositions. Therefore, for fishery processing and marketing need to prepare special production condition, storage, transportation and marketing. In this extension paper we tried to explain some points which are important in fishery products from processing to marketing in simple word.
